IMPORTANT NOTICE: ALL OUR HOMES HAVE STRICT 'NO PARTIES' RULES
We ask all guests to acknowledge that our holiday homes are situated in residential areas surrounded by local residents. Our houses are not to be used for parties with excess guests, loud music or any other local disturbances Should you wish to arrange a special celebration we can recommend a number of local venues who could cater for your needs including resteraunts, pubs, clubs or surf life saving clubs. We want our guests to sample coast living in our homes and we ask that all guests and visitors respect neighbours and minimise any unnecessary disturbances during their holiday stay – This includes noise and parking in designated areas (if allocated). We simply ask that guests respect the property as if it were their own and, when vacating, leave the home tidy, in the same state that you found it.
We prepare our holiday homes with the intention of offering our guests the best possible holiday experience during their stay. Our local management team are close by and are available should our guests require any assistance
